How to make braided vases from drink cartons?
Woven flower vases can be made from cartons of juices or milk. It's very simple to do it and the effect is excellent. Vases on the photo in spring colors - bright green and blue.
The things you need:
* 2 same cartons of milk or juice
* Scissors
* 2 colors of paint (ordinary or spray)
* Office knife
* A jar that fits inside the carton
Cut the upper part of the cartons making sure they are taller than the jar in which there will be water with the bouquet. Paint with cardboard.
Cut the sides of one of the cartons into vertical bars about 1 cm wide - do not cut the lower part connecting the strips to the bottom of the box. The sides of the second carton are cut into horizontal stripes (you will get square rings).
Start to interlace the straps - put a square ring on top of the cardboard cut into vertical strips and interlace them one at a time over the ring.
Continue to braid until you reach the end. Cut the last ring to the end of the strips so that the vase does not break up.
Fill the jar with water, put it in a braided vase and fill it with flowers.
We hope you will like this idea and check it in your own home.
All the best,
