Stuffed mushrooms on the grill
Stuffed mushrooms are a very simple, yet effective recipe for delicious snacks straight from the grill. You can put what you want into mushroom hats – mozzarella, feta cheese, diced peppers and spinach. I suggest a recipe with fresh herbs and with intensely flavored garlic.
- Garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper
For stuffed mushrooms choose the mushrooms with the largest hats. Then you can easily stuff them with any ingredients. Thoroughly wash the mushrooms and cut off their feet near the hats.
Cut the cut legs and onions into cubes. Fry in butter (first sauté the onion) and add a few cloves of garlic squeezed through the press. Season with salt and pepper. Add chopped parsley and fry until the mushrooms are tender. You can also add some breadcrumbs. Wait for the stuffing to cool down and fill it with mushroom hats. Arrange them on single-use grill trays and bake for about 20 minutes.
