Spinach cookies

Properly planned nutrition during childhood is the basis for developing proper eating habits in an adult. Currently, it is recommended to eat 3 main meals in the form of a full-value breakfast, lunch and dinner and two snacks between the mentioned meals.

For your Spinach cookies you will need :

half a cup of cornmeal
half a glass of rice flour
50 g of non-dairy margarine
1/3 glass of water
3 heaped spoons of rice purée with potatoes and pumpkin
spoon of boiled spinach (fresh or frozen)
spoon of oil

Preparation

Put the margarine in to the bowl, add the flour, chop everything with a knife. Pour the puree into the water, mix. Add flour mixed with margarine. Put the spinach in. Knead the pastry, form a ball with it, put it in a bag and put it in to the freezer for 15 minutes. Lubricate medium-sized baking tray with oil. Take out the pastry from the fridge, take small pieces about 1 cm thick from it. Form cookies, put on baking tray. Bake in the oven at 200 °C for 15 minutes.

Our advice: About 20 cookies come out of this serving. You can give it to your toddler as an appetizer between meals or for a second breakfast.
