DEEP BREATHING

Lie on your back and try to relax;    
Start breathe in the air with your nose – do it very slowly for about 8-10 seconds;

MEDITATION OF FREE BREATH

This is a method developed by the Indian doctor Deepak Chopry [i]

Sit comfortably, put your hands along your body or on your knees;
Close your eyes and start to breathe – rhythmically, lightly and freely, not too deep, without holding your breath;
Now concentrate all your attention on the breath – follow it, focus on how the air first goes through the nose and then flows down to the lungs;
When exhaling, focus on how the air flows out of the lungs through the nose;

When you concentrate all your attention on the breath, you automatically enter a state of relaxation and relaxation. Your mind is gradually quieting. Such a way of meditation practiced regularly will increase energy and vitality.
