Grilled asparagus – something fast and healthy
The season for asparagus has started full steam, so we can boldly put them on the grate! Perfect as a separate snack and as an addition to meat and baked potatoes. Tasty, light and rich in vitamin C.
- Green asparagus
- Olive oil
- Clove of garlic
- Sea salt and ground pepper
- Soy sauce
A method of preparing:
Wash the asparagus and the branch of their woody stems. Before cooking vegetables, some cook them in salted water in a special asparagus pot, but I skip this step and put them on the grill completely fresh.
Prepare the marinade with a few tablespoons of olive oil and soy sauce, as well as the garlic crushed by the garlic press. It is best to put the marinade in the fridge for a few hours.
Hop for a few asparagus on skewers. Use a silicone brush to grease the vegetables with marinade. Grill asparagus on disposable aluminum trays. Sprinkle with sea salt and season with pepper. Roast asparagus 5-8 minutes on each side.
