Within Australia we charge a flat rate of $9.90* for any order. *Heavy or bulky items may incur additional charges, as may certain destinations. You will be contacted to confirm delivery costs prior to your items being sent.
We consider shipping internationally. Please contact us with the items you would be interested in and the delivery address of the location you wish to ship to and we will check what the postage costs would be. However, we cannot offer a flat rate shipping and therefore we would have to pass on the international postage costs directly to you.
Yes. Express post is available for orders under 5kg. Please contact us to enquire further.
Yes. All products listed on the AMouseWithAHouse website are in stock. However, on very rare occasions it can happen that a product may become out of stock. In this instance we will contact you as soon as the error has been encountered and inform you when and how it can be delivered (sometimes the German wholesaler can send it directly to you). If this is not in your interest, we will of course offer you a refund.
We are based in Perth – Western Australia, so if you are from the area a pick-up can be arranged.

Your order will leave our warehouse within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once dispatched the timing of delivery will vary depending on your location and the courier used. As a general guide most orders arrive within 2 - 5 business days within Metro areas. If you live in a remote area please contact us and we can try to get an estimate delivery time.

Contact us via our website and provide the evidence of the higher price that we can verify, and we’ll arrange to adjust your selected product within your order at the same price as found elsewhere. The product must be a current and available stock item within alternative supplier. Price matching is valid for a single product purchase transaction only.
